Shely Basnet (they/them) is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at City College. As a trauma-informed integrative therapist, Shely utilizes psychodynamic, somatic, and parts work informed by an anti-oppressive perspective. They are interested in uncovering the ways familial, societal, and cultural stories are transmitted and influence one’s personal story.

Shely has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado, and they received their Master of Social Work from the University of Denver.
